Cancellation & Refund Policy

We value your time and ours. To ensure efficient scheduling for all our clients, we have the following cancellation policy.

1. Notice Period

Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the slot to another client who may need it.

2. Cancellation Fees

  • More than 24 hours notice: No cancellation fee. Full refund or reschedule.
  • Less than 24 hours notice: 50% of the session fee may be charged.
  • No-show: 100% of the session fee will be charged.

3. Refunds

Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

4. Exceptions

We understand that emergencies happen. Cancellation fees may be waived in case of sudden illness or unavoidable emergencies at the therapist's discretion.
