Couples counselling for partners rebuilding communication, trust and connection — together in one room or online.
Couples therapy is not about deciding who is right. It is about understanding the pattern the two of you fall into, and building a shared vocabulary for the moments it starts.
Both partners attend together. Occasionally an individual session with each partner is useful early on to understand each perspective fully; anything shared there stays confidential unless you agree otherwise.
Couples sessions run longer than individual ones because two perspectives take time. Sessions are typically fortnightly, giving you time to practise between them.
Individual therapy can still help you work on the relationship — many people start alone and their partner joins later once they see it is not about assigning blame.
Fees and availability confirmed directly with the practice. See the full FAQ for policies on cancellation and confidentiality.
